1. Returns within 14 days

We want you to be happy with what you receive. You may return an item within 14 days of the day you received it, provided it is unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

2. Hygiene rule for underwear

Because bras, briefs, thongs and shorts are worn next to the skin, we cannot accept returns of items whose hygiene seal or hygiene liner has been removed, or that have been worn or washed. This does not apply to an item that arrives faulty or is not what you ordered.

3. Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, with a photograph if you can. We will replace it with the same item, if we have it, or refund you in full, and we will cover the cost of sending the item back.

4. How to start a return

Please contact us before you send anything back, by email at Sableonyx@gmail.com or by telephone on +81257579156, and tell us your order details and the reason. We will give you the return address and instructions. The address shown on our website is our office address, so please do not post items there until we have agreed the return with you. Parcels sent without contacting us first may be delayed.

5. Return shipping costs

If you return an item for a reason other than a fault or our mistake, you pay the return shipping cost. Shipping costs you paid when ordering are not refunded unless the item was faulty or wrong.

6. Refunds

When we receive your return we will check it and tell you the result. If the return is accepted, we will refund the price of the item to the payment method you originally used. The time it takes to appear depends on that payment method and your provider.

7. Exchanges

We exchange items only when they are faulty or damaged. If you would like a different size or style instead, please contact us first and we will tell you whether we can offer it.
