These terms apply when you use the Pure Rain Grove website or contact us about our lingerie. Pure Rain Grove is the trading name of the seller. Our address and contact details are given at the end of this page. By using the website or sending us an enquiry or an order, you accept these terms, so please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Using the website

Please use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not try to interfere with its security or operation, copy it automatically in bulk, or use our contact form to send spam or anything harmful. We may restrict access if the site is misused, and we may change or take down pages for maintenance or editing.

3. Our products and how orders work

Our collection is shown on the home page: the Second Skin Bra, Barely There Briefs, Cloud Comfort Bralette, Smooth Contour Thong, Everyday Sculpt Shorts and the Signature Seamless Set. This website does not have an online checkout and does not take payments. To order, write to us through the contact form, by email or by telephone, and tell us the styles and sizes you want. Nothing you see on the website is a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order to you in writing, after we have checked availability.

4. Prices

Prices on the website are shown in US dollars as a guide. Before we accept an order, we will confirm in writing the final price you will pay, including consumption tax and any delivery charge, so that there are no surprises. If a price on the site turns out to be wrong, we will tell you and you may choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel at no cost.

5. Payment

We will tell you which payment methods we accept at the time we confirm your order, and we will send payment instructions only from the contact details shown on this website. Please do not send card numbers by ordinary email. We start preparing an order once payment has been received, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Delivery

We will confirm the delivery address, the carrier, the delivery charge and the estimated dispatch time when we confirm your order. Estimated times are our best judgement and not a guarantee, and they may be affected by weather, carrier delays or other matters outside our control. If something will be late, we will let you know. Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us promptly about any damage or mistake.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return an unused item in its original, sealed packaging within 14 days of receiving it. For hygiene reasons, underwear whose hygiene seal has been removed, or that has been worn or washed, cannot be returned unless it is faulty. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Japanese consumer law.

8. Product information and photographs

We describe our styles as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Some photographs on this website are licensed stock images used for illustration, and they may not show the exact item you will receive. If you want to know more about a fabric, a colour or a size before you order, please ask us.

9. Intellectual property

The text, layout and brand name on this website belong to Pure Rain Grove, and photographs belong to their respective owners or licensors. You may view the pages and print them for your own use, but you may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.

10. Our responsibility

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, and our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
